The time of your involvement in the conflict has finally come. Utilize the karma system Far Cry 4 provides you with much more complex mechanics than previous games in the series. One of the examples of this is the karma system. You can gain points for helping members of the Golden Path, as well as for being a religious person (yes, it is important for citizens of Kyrat). Obviously, you will lose karma if you are going to make wrong decisions. The same can be said about Far Cry 4, which allows you to fully explore the Kyrat country. Remember that Kyrat is a dangerous place. Not only because of regular skirmishes between the royal army and rebels, but also due to the fauna of the country. You surely don't want to be eaten by a tiger, right? Reception Far Cry 4 received mostly positive reviews from game critics and players alike. People usually pointed out the huge, open world provided by the game and its plot. The story presented by the authors is an interesting introduction to the whole story. The main character, Jack Carver, wanting to break away from the community of big cities, developed a small shipping business in the South Pacific. A beautiful journalist came to him with a request to transport her to the islands of Micronesia. Of course, following the principle - beautiful women should not be denied, our hero agreed to perform this task, which looks like a simple trip around sunny regions. Unfortunately, shortly after reaching the place, his boat was shot at and sunk by unknown military units, the beautiful lady was lost somewhere, and Jack was left alone with the inhabitants of the island. Unfortunately, it will turn out to be not only bloodthirsty animals, and its main goal will be ... survival and finding a way out of this hell on earth. The tasks played over a very large and varied area are not imposed in advance. While penetrating the area, the player himself will encounter problems or puzzles that require meeting certain conditions in order to be able to continue his journey in search of a missing journalist and a way to get out of this cursed island. He will visit not only the dangerous, densely covered with tropical vegetation forests or hot beaches, which are the showcase of this game. The authors also tried to recreate interesting complexes, both underground and inside buildings. This differentiation is especially clear when choosing the right arsenal in case of an emergency - a sniper rifle will perform perfectly in the spaces, allowing you to eliminate targets from great distances. In rooms, however, a shotgun will work best, perfect for short distances. An equally interesting element of Far Cry are the opponents, or more precisely - artificial intelligence (AI). The authors completely gave up the behavior described with scripts (ready-made diagrams). Opponents react in real time to the player's actions, as soon as they notice him. Already a murmur or some strange noise acts on them like a red rag on a bull. In addition, they do not stick to specific areas of land and are able to use it, hiding behind obstacles or approaching the player from several sides at the same time. If they track him down, they can chase him across the island like a dog. And senior officers are able to summon nearby reinforcements to help catch a fugitive. In addition to extensive single-player gameplay, Far Cry allows multiplayer games. The player can face living opponents on various types of maps - open, closed, in several modes (eg Deathmatch or Capture the Flag).

The game, like the previous parts, impresses with great graphics and an extraordinary soundtrack, in which we have both popular songs known from radio stations and original compositions.  The gameplay itself is quite simple. The player is introduced to a brand new area called Hope County, which offers great views characteristic for the American state. He has a certain mission to complete and it only depends on him how he will cope with it. He has a mission to complete and it's up to him how he tackles it, with new, deadly weapons and vehicles to help him traverse the wild woods, lakes and grasslands. An interesting novelty in the game, which is worth mentioning, is the lack of towers and mini-map. From now on, in order to find the way, the player has to use his skills, which only shows that the creators put more and more emphasis on realism.  Gameplay and Game Mode As in previous parts of the series, the action in Far Cry 5 is presented from a first-person perspective. At the very beginning the player creates a character. He can choose both his appearance and gender. Then, thanks to the experience gained in the game, he can develop special, very useful skills of his character, which will help him in open combat with opponents, as well as those focused on the quiet elimination of opponents. Another interesting feature of Far Cry 5 is the fact that the game can be completed not only alone, but also in the company of another player. The co-op mode introduced by the developers covers the entire campaign and all side activities. Storyline The action of Far Cry 5 takes place in a fictional Hope County located in the American state of Montana. The player takes on the role of a policeman or policewoman whose task is to uncover and destroy a fanatical religious cult. The cult is led by Joseph Seed, who ruthlessly deals with those he considers enemies. Before dealing with him, however, the player must liberate the three main regions of Hope County, ruled by two brothers and the half-sister of the main antagonist. Of course, it should be added that the protagonist does not act alone and can always count on the help of characters encountered during the game, such as sniper Grace Armstrong, pilot Nick Rye, helicopter pilot Adelaide Drubman, or Hurk Drubman Jr. known from the previous parts. Reception Far Cry 5 on PC received positive reviews. First of all, players liked the open world that the game offers and the presence of many enemies and allies. For the vast majority, the main advantage was the great freedom in attacking enemies and powerful explosions against the background of majestic nature. Players also rated with approval many other elements of the game, such as the large map, engaging missions, fantastic music, the ability to search abandoned houses in forests and factories, and the presence of a charismatic, intelligent anti-hero. Additionally, according to reviewers, the references to American culture and stereotypes, as well as the system of acquiring quests from NPCs, which has been improved compared to the previous parts of the series, also deserve recognition.

Far Cry 3 is a first person shooter. So we spend most of our time eliminating enemies with all available methods. What makes this game different from most competitive FPS games is the freedom of action. The levels are usually open and allow players to choose their own tactics. It is possible to kill enemies silently, as well as play in the Rambo style, where with a shout on our lips and a rifle in our hands, we fall into the very center of the enemy's camp. An interesting element is also the simplified RPG system. For progress in the campaign, we are rewarded with experience points, for which we then buy new skills, assigned to three development paths: heron, spider and shark. Each of them rewards a different style of eliminating enemies and facilitates the exploration of the archipelago. An addition to the solo campaign is multiplayer, for which Ubisoft Massive, a Swedish studio known for great real-time strategies (eg Ground Control, World in Conflict), is responsible. The producer focused on easy-to-understand gameplay, scenarios requiring specific goals and an extensive development system. In one of the game modes, each team has to set the opponent's resources on fire, which completely changes the situation on the battlefield. An interesting supplement is also a cooperative mini-campaign, where up to four players try to survive 6 linear missions of increasing difficulty. Story summary Players take on the role of Jason Brody, whose vacation was brutally interrupted and, as a result of an unfortunate parachute jump, lands on an island dominated by psychopathic pirates.
