The only real need the Enclaves have is defense against the Free Khanates, and to this end, those that devote themselves to the mastery of the bow do so with a zeal unmatched anywhere in the world. HOW THEY PLAY: Well-trained in the traditional ways of archery, the Dhanur offer ample ranged support to their Rajakur brethren. Their excellent ranged output also makes them prime entourage for spellcasting characters who wish to focus more on the meticulous preparation and casting of rituals rather than joining the thick of the combat.

Conquest - Old Dominion: Centaur Prodromoi - EN

Till skillnad från de mer fogliga minotaurerna eller listiga Satyroi, var kentaurerna helt enkelt för primitiva för att effektivt integreras i det mänskliga samhället. The vast majority found their roles nonetheless as Prodromoi, scouts and border patrol forces that operated in regimented tribal structure bolstering the Legions with formidable vanguard and skirmish forces. A select few, the most ardent and pious among them, would be selected for further training, becoming an elite unit of messengers for the Pantheon: the Kyrikes, or Heralds, who could be trusted to deliver their gods’ messages even in the raging heart of a battlefield. HOW THEY PLAY: Prodromoi ride ahead of the legions to scout the battlefield and contest enemy Light Regiments attempting to push their Reinforcement Lines forward. Although they are very strong on the offense, the Prodromoi's Memories of Old ability allows their damage output to scale up throughout the battle, making them a competent shock regiment as the game progresses.

How they play: Fast moving mobile ranged platforms, these war chariots are able to support the main City States battlelines with a selection of two powerful weapon systems. The Flogobolon functions as an excellent deterrent for Enemy Regiments to assault the flanks of your main line whilst unleashing devastating salvos to Enemy Regiments already locked in combat. The Skorpios trades some of the damage output of the Flogobolon for the ability to fire over longer ranges and address a wide variety of threats.
