Blooms start as red buds, appearing to 'dance' around the branches, before opening into pale-pink flowers, each red at the centre. Ideal even for smaller gardens or growing in patio pots, 'Kojo-no-Mai' also offers autumn interest as leaves turn from green to a bright reddish orange, before falling. A treat to look at even on a freezing winter morning, when the plant has been left bare of any foliage, as the statuesque form is shown off to its best under a layer of frost. Fully winter hardy regardless of the weather, growing to just 250cm in 10 years if left un-pruned, but will be happy to receive a regular trim in early summer once flowering has finished.Nandina 'Fire Power' - Enjoy spectacular winter colour from evolving leaves and red berries.
