The 3 Section Plinth Medical is dynamic and versatile whilst still providing a great level of comfort with the high quality Ambla vinyl. The plinth is available in a couple of height adjustment options; Hydraulic, Electric (Hand switch) and Electric (Foot switch). Variations are available including the addition of a breathing hole and fully adjustable arm rests, as well as the option to add a wide range of accessories. The couch can support a maximum weight of 225kg when placed at its lowest height. Its the perfect choice for those conducting patient examinations or manipulations. Patient comfort and ease of use can be further optimised with the adjustable backrest (-30 to 85º) and foot section (-20 and 90º) for uneven flooring. Couch can go vertical or horizontal for use in emergency situations, while there is a hoist clearance of 13cm. All Plinth 2000 couches are made to order . The Plinth 2000 couches can be manufactured in a shorter time frame but will incur an extra charge, please contact us if you require this option. All coverings are vinyl and washable, being fire retardant to BS 7176, BS 5852 part 2 (crib 5) and display excellent levels of wear. Most include patented anti microbial technology proved effective in inhibiting the growth of E-Coli and Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA), and all are suitable for cleaning and disinfecting with NaDCC based products. Chlorine diluted to a strength of 10,000 parts per million may be used in the event of a blood spillage.
