We love it for our yoga pants, for example: the elastic makes sure they stay in place no matter what exercise we do (even when we're just walking around the house on a Saturday watering flowers). This elastic is made from a mix of polyester and rubber; it is crocheted and relatively firm in quality. It can be washed at 40° and cannot be tumble dried.
