DJMAX Respect is a classic two-dimensional music and rhythm game, offering many fun modes, an accessible gameplay model, as well as hundreds of songs representing many musical genres. The production debuted in 2017 in East Asia, where it was available only on PlayStation 4. A year after its premiere, it was officially released in the West, and in 2019 it also hit PCs. The production uses a gameplay model derived directly from the most popular DJMAX productions that were released on PSP.
