The PIXAPRO® LECO300 II Bi-Colour LED Video Light Reporter Kit is designed for run-and-gun photojournalists or video journalists who needs to have everything to hand for a quick and easy light setup. This kit is perfect for illuminating your subject against a bright background to help them stand out from the background for more vibrant and interesting looking shots. The LECO300B II is light-weight, portable, and can be mounted to either a light stand or on your camera’s hot shoe with the included hot-shoe adapter. They can also be powered by batteries, meaning they can be used anywhere you need them.
The LECO300B II lights are also bicolour, which enables you to adjust the colour temperature of the light anywhere between 5600K (Daylight) and 3200K (Tungsten) to match the lighting in your shooting environment for more pleasing and natural-looking results.
The PIXAPRO LECO300B II is a small user-friendly 30W Bi-Colour LED Light Panel, suitable for both stills and video. It can be powered from the mains, or two Sony NP-F Series (a.k.a. L series) rechargeable batteries. The LECO300B II features 300 bright LEDs, with a CRI (Colour-Rendering Index) of 95 for accurate colour reproduction, which makes it suitable for professional broadcast use, as well as for cinematography and smaller productions. Since the LECO300B II is a Bi-colour panel, you can adjust the colour temperature anywhere between 5600K (Daylight) and 3200K (Tungsten), which is perfect got times where you need to balance the light with tungsten lighting. The LEDs are also Flicker-Free, meaning you can shoot a virtually any framerate, or any shutter-angle without fear of introducing flicker.
The LECO300B II features a smart-passive cooling system, which efficiently dissipates heat without the need for cooling fans, which make the panels Noise-Free, which is great for situations where you need to simultaneously record clean audio during your shooting session.
The LECO300B II features a lightweight and durable aluminium-alloy housing along with a manual yoke to enable you to position your light in virtually any position you require. It also comes with a hot-shoe adapter, enabling you to mount it directly on-camera. This allows you to mount it directly on-camera, or onto any stand or tripod with a 1/4ich thread. LECO300B II also comes with a set of metal Barn Doors, which gives you the ability to control the angle of the beam. The barn-doors also protect the LEDs from damage during transit.
The LECO300B II panel can be powered by either an AC mains adapter (included) or powered via two Sony NP-F Series batteries (available separately or included with battery bundle options).
