Your project and purpose will determine which elastic you should choose. This elastic band is a flat with a width of ten millimetres. It is still considered a narrow elastic band, but with the extra millimetres you also get an elastic band that has a little more. For example, use the elastic in the drawstring at the bottom of the sleeves or to finish off baby and children's trousers so that the trouser legs stay in place while your child tumbles and plays.  This elastic is crocheted, made of polyester/rubber, washable at 40° and do not tumble dry.

Create your unique textiles with batik dying. Batik textile dyes are best used on cotton, viscose, linen, half panama, silk, wool, or polyamide. The screw-cap container contains 70 g of dye powder. Take what you need, mix it in accordance with the instructions, and save the rest for later. The more pigment you add, the stronger your colours become. Use 70 g of dye powder per 200g of fabric for strong colouration. Use 70 grs of poweder per 400 g of fabric for a less intense colouration. This batik textile dye paint is suitable for various dyeing techniques, e.g. tie-dye and dip-dye. Always wash the fabric before starting to paint. Fill a bucket or tub with very hot water (95°C), enough to cover your fabric. Add your dye and stir until completely dissolved. Then immerse the damp fabric in the colour bath. NB: Make sure that the dye is completely dissolved before you add the fabric. If not, the results will be spotty or uneven. Leave the fabric to soak for no more than one hour . Rinse your fabric with hot water. Batik dyes do not tolerate high temperatures. Wash your dyed fabric at max 40°C. Wash separately the first time. NB: To enhance the colours and prevent them for wearing off, we recommend you use our Javana fixing agent. Without fixing agent, the dyes will soon wash out.

It can be transferred to paper, PAP FAB and fabrics. You will need the following lino printing materialsIn addition to lino printing ink, you will need:PencilPaper, PAP FAB or fabricLino printing block (Item no. 95700 and 95701)Lino roller (Item no. 95705)Lino cutting tool and blades (Item no. 95706)Lino cutting board (Item no. 95703 and 95704)Protective cardboard or card How to do lino printingDraw up your motif up with a pencil on a lino printing block.Either cut your lines or cut contours (i.e. the surface around the lines). Use a lino cutting tool. It’s always a good idea to use a cutting board. Always cut away from yourself. The blade should be sharp. Adult supervision is recommended when children use lino cutting tools.Using a lino roller, roll a thin and even layer of lino printing ink onto a clean paint tray. Transfer the ink by rolling over the surface of the lino printing block. Roll backwards and forwards and in different directions until the lino printing block is completely covered with ink.Lay a sheet of paper, PAP FAB or fabric over the lino printing block. Then lay a sheet of protective cardboard or card on the top. Using a clean lino roller, roll backwards and forwards over the protective cardboard. Change direction. Make sure you roll from edge to edge so the ink is evenly distributed.Remove the protective cardboard. Carefully lift the print paper/fabric and leave to dry. Your motif is done.Clean the lino roller in lukewarm water. Dry carefully. NB: AllergyThis lino printing ink contains preservatives CMIT/MIT and BIT and can therefore cause an allergic reaction.
