Responds brilliantly to all spray burnishing techniques. For all linoleum, P.V.C., rubber, sealed cork, sealed wood, terrazzo and thermoplastic floors. N.B. Not suitable for unsealed wood, unsealed cork or laminate flooring. Application To enhance and protect black asphalt, rubber and sealed floors. Directions Seldur Black must be applied to a clean grease free floor. Strip old polish with Selate then rinse thoroughly with clean water, allow floor to dry. Makes charge dissipate off a standard vinyl floor. Improves the conductivity of conductive flooring. Applies, hardens and protects like a normal floor polish. Selden F052 H.D Degreaser Aluminium Safe Heavy Duty Degreaser The clear, fragrance-free, orange liquid emulsifies animal fats, grease, blood and protein. Contains effective detergents for soil penetration. Non-Tainting. Ideal Food Plant cleaner. Aluminium Safe. Controlled foam, no excessive rinsing. Application: Suitable for floors, walls, drains, gullies, and canopies in Kitchens, Bakeries, Restaurants, Hospitals and the Meat processing & Food Manufacturing Industry. Will not taint food, may be used through mechanical floor scrubber machines. Description: FLOORS: Sweep floor and remove all loose soiling. Apply a solution of H D Degreaser 1: 40 with water and apply by mop. Agitate the solution to penetrate the soiling before cleaning and rinsing off using warm water. WORK SURFACES AND WALLS: remove all food products to prevent contamination. Remove any loose soiling. Apply solution at the required dilution with a cloth, sponge, or scouring pad. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and leave to air dry. DEEP FAT FRYERS: Turn off power and allow to cool. Drain oil and remove sediment. Fill fryer with a solution of 1: 20 dilution. Heat solution for 10-12 mins. DO NOT BOIL. Drain and rinse with clean water, wipe dry. To sanitise high risk areas, rinse or spray clean all surfaces with concentrated residual sanitiser. Selden J002 Food Plant & Oven Cleaner Removes baked on fat and shortenings from ovens and kitchen ranges. Powerful chemical action dissolves fat blockages in drains and grease traps. Ideal food plant cleaner for manual and circulation cleaning. Heavy duty caustic formulation for kitchen and food plant use. Directions Blocked Drains and Food traps: Scoop out excess water. Pour approximately 1 litre of S20 into blockage or drain, leave for 30 minutes to liquefy deposits. Wash clear with water. Oven Cleaning: Dilute S20 1 part to 7 parts water. Spray or sponge onto warm equipment. Leave to penetrate and soften carbonised build-up. Rinse clean with fresh water. General Plant Cleaning: Dilute S20 1 part to 80 parts water. Mop, scrub or pressure wash to remove contamination. Rinse thoroughly after use. Soak greasy and carbonised utensils in a solution of 1 part S20 to 20 parts water. Rinse thoroughly with water. N.B. Do not use on aluminium or galvanised metal. Warning: This product is highly CAUSTIC. Always wear protective clothing, gloves and face/eye protection during use.
