The PL-1000 control panel allows full system configuration from the screen itself.The PL-1000 is a single loop addressable panel expandable to two loops with an optional loop card PL-LIB01S. Each loop supports 159 detectors and 159 input output modules.The analogue addressable PL-1000 is designed for small to medium sized installations. The PL-1000 is very easy to install and configure. The system is designed to manage both traditional wired field devices and Agile wireless equipment. Installation and commissioning time is reduced to a minimum since the user interface allows in few steps to commission and test field devices.Due to its size and power it is the ideal analogue addressable control panel for small to medium sites where maximum information is required from the installed devices. Its a cost effective and flexible system that provides the ability to quickly respond to activated alarms.The Response Aid paging unit consists of a wall-mounted HIPS High Impact Polystyrene enclosure containing a 4 watt transmitter enclosed in an aluminium surround. It includes a 240-volt 3-pin plug status indicator LED for Power and Transmission and straight wire antenna connected to the top of the enclosure using a 38 BNC bayonet connection.The unit has the capability of 15 dry contacts 7 inputs and 8 outputs. The Input contacts can be set to normally open NO or normally closed NC with the Output contacts being normally open NO. An input contact on one paging transmitter can trigger and output contact on another Response paging transmitter on the same site widening the scope and application that Response Plus can be installed.In the event of transmitter failure power supply failure and a loss in power output from the transmitter there is a Fault output normally closed alarm accessible via internal terminal header. This is to be connected back to the fire alarm panel to alert the fire alarm panel of any failures. The system includes battery backup as standard for a minimum 24 hours after mains power failures. There is a low voltage detection sounder which will alert in the event of low battery.The Response Aid transmitter is fully site programmable via the internal LCD display and mini keypad. The transmitter can be programmed to support and range of Honeywell fire control panel platforms and additional 3rd party protocols.
