The display fits into a pre-formed cut out made in a countertop The assisted service superstructure is made from bright polished steel and aluminium rectangular profiles, with flat & toughened full height front and side glass. The front glass tilts forward on a locking hinge, for effortless cleaning access. Product illumination/surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps, housed in the rectangular profile gantry & midshelf Base heat and surface heat can be adjusted & 'locked' from the operator side of the gantry, by digital temperature display (control panel) and adjustable dimmer switches, mounted at eye level on operator side of the display. The display has 24 hour operation & is factory set to hold food core at 85C. Modular heater mat elements under the heated well area give even heat spread & the steel presentation surface makes for easier cleaning of pastry products etc. The display comes complete with lifting kit for installation and is supplied with a concealed control box & plug top on a 2M lead.
