It is used to provide audible and visual warning of a fire alarm in an enclosed area. The DB992IVAS may be used either with a detector fitted or with a cap for operation as a stand-alone alarm device.Tone and Volume SelectionThe DB992IVAS offers a choice of 15 evacuation and 15 alert tones. Two tones may be selected during installation one for evacuation and one for alert. Volume levels may be selected during commissioning to one of 7 pre-set levels with output ranging from 60 dBA to 90 dBA.
