Batman: Arkham Origins is the third in the series of spectacular action games, the protagonist of which is the Batman. The production of the title was undertaken by WB Games Montreal (previously it prepared the conversion of Batman: Arkham City for the Wii U console) with the publishing support of Warner Bros.
Settings
One of the most important new features in the game is The Dark Knight system, which weaves challenges directly into the gameplay. The creators did not forget about the Predator and Challenges modes known from the previous installments of the series, as well as dynamically generated events and side missions (investigating crime scenes, sabotaging the activities of known criminals, etc.), allowing Batman to improve his reputation among the inhabitants of Gotham. Compared to previous games, Batman: Arkham Origin offers a much larger area of operation, consisting of two districts: Old and New Gotham. Moving between locations makes it much easier to use a plane - Batwing. Similarly to the previous covers of the Bat-Man cycle, he can enter many buildings, thanks to which he can visit, among others, a police station, bank office or a luxury hotel.
Gameplay
Batman: Arkham Origins is a prequel to the series, and the writers were inspired by the comics Batman: Year One and Legends of the Dark Knight. The action takes place on Christmas Eve, a few years before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum. The Bat-Man is just starting his superhero career, while one of the most dangerous villains in Gotham City - Black Mask has appointed a prize on his head. Batman must confront the villains hunting him and discover why someone wants him dead.
Game Modes
Batman Arkham Origins can be played in single player or multi player mode. The later mode is a new thing introduced to the series: Invisible Predator Online follows a gang war that broke in Blackgate Prison between the Joker and the Bane, two greatest villains of the Gotham City. Three Joker’s gang members fight against three Bane’s gang members and also a team of Batman and Robin, in turns. The aim is to kill all members of the opposite team
