The player is involved in both the organization of military activities and learning about the complex economic, economic, political and social relationships. The main attraction of the third part of the series is the ability to fight on a huge map of the game world, divided into about 10,000 provinces.  The action of the program was set in the years 1936-1948. Thanks to this, the player has time to prepare the country of his choice for the war that engulfed the world in 1939.
