Bloom Jasmine & Rose Gin Creating products that aren't fake, and that contain natural style is the ethos behind the Bloom range. They distil in a traditional copper pot stil, and use fresh spring water. For their Jasmine & Rose gin, Bloom have created a pink gin using only natural botanicals. Villa Massa Amaretto According to Villa Massa, it is the fact that they use only 'real, authentic Sicilian Almonds' which makes this liqueur extra special. Two Stacks The Blender's Cut Irish Whiskey In creating Two Stacks, there was a desire to blend not just whiskey, but also the very best of contemporary Irish flavour and the real heritage of distilling. Historically in Ireland, merchants and grocers would blend and age their own whiskey blends. They would select from distilleries and then chose their own casks in which to age. Over the last 150 years this heritage has slowly been on the decline. Two Stacks wanted to change this. Relying on traditional techniques, they chose whiskies, blend and cask. Then through taste and nose they decide when the Whiskey has reached its maturity and then empty and hand label each bottle. Their Blender's Cut uses the same recipe as their First Cut Irish Whiskey, however they bottle this one at cask strength – a weighty 65% ABV! The recipe itself is a blend of grain whiskey's aged in virgin oak and bourbon oak casks. A Pot still whiskey which has been aged in Oloroso Sherry Casks. And finishes with a bourbon cask matured double-distilled malt, and a peated malt aged in bourbon casks. This results in a full-bodied Irish whiskey, which is packed full of flavour. On the nose there is a rich sweetness from molasses, which is cinnamon enhanced nectarine and a little oak. The palate opens with dried fruits and notes of raisins and sultanas. Ginger and almonds also come through and are joined by caramel sweetness and a touch of black pepper. It finishes with a honey note, balanced with pepper and nutmeg spice. Independence Blended Irish Whiskey (Previously known as Proclamation Blended Irish Whiskey) With their Blended Irish Whiskey, the distillery aims to honour both the history and the people behind the birth of the Proclamation (the document which proclaimed the establishment of the Irish Republic in 1916). As a triple distilled whiskey, it pays tribute to the three printers of the Proclamation, William O’Brien, Michael Molloy and Christopher Joseph Brady. After this process it is aged in new American Oak - which ensures a singularly smooth whiskey with a clean taste. Once sufficiently aged, the whisky is then matured in bourbon casks & blended with a touch of sherry-finished malt which gives a rounded, toasted finish. The nose brings ripe pear aromas, along with aprocots and creme brulée. Hints of custard, and cappucino also shine through - and end with a touch of wood. The palte is multi layered. Initially toasted brioche and baked pastry come forward, as well as rich yellow fruits. As the flavours develop, the mid-palate brings fusions of tannins and notes of fig and dates - which gives a robust flavour. King of Soho Variorum Gin The story behind the King of Soho gins starts with Alex Robson, and Howard Raymond sat drinking a classic gin cocktail. Howard's father was Paul Raymond, a property tycoon, who revolutionised the area of Soho in London, making it the cultural centre it is today. They wanted to create something which was a true homage to the legacy left by Paul. The result is The King of Soho Gin, itself a reference to Paul. The bottle is bold and colourful, embodying the characteristics that make the area of Soho unique, reflecting both the past and the present of this vibrant and hedonistic district of London. Their Variorum edition (which is a Pink Berry Gin), utilises their original London Dry, and adds deliciously fruity notes of strawberry. In this edition it is the strawberry, floral notes of chamomile and again citrus which are the key botanicals. The strawberry flavours are entirely natural. Interesting fact: A variorum edition (in literature) is an original works with notes. The creativity, and literary works of Soho inspired this. On the nose there is a defined fresh strawberry note, joined by floral chamomile, a hint of juniper and a touch of citrus. On the palate there is a gentle sweetness, with a burst of strawberry flavour. A light citrus touch helps ensure the sweetness is not too pronounced, and is joined by creamy vanilla, along with a touch of juniper and floral notes from chamomile. Chivas Regal 18Y Gold Signature Whisky 70cl

Chivas Regal 18Y Gold Signature Whisky Produced by Chivas Brothers (which is owned by Pernod Ricard) at the Strathisla distillery in Keith, Moray in Speyside (Scotland, UK). This distillery was founded in 1786, and is the oldest continuously operating Highland distillery. Launched in 1997 and created by Master Blender Colin Scott, this 18 year old aged whisky is a blend of over 20 single malts from across Scotland. The aging within the carefully selected casks develops intense flavours and ensures a refined whisky. According to Chivas it has an incredible 85 different flavour notes in each drop. So truly complex, rich and luxurious. The nose is rich and indulgent, drawing you into the whisky with multiple layers of aroma. Dried fruits and buttery toffee merge with dark chocolate and warming spices, all of which are rounded off with a touch of marmalade. On the palate the warming spices come through, on a drink which is velvet like, coating the mouth perfectly. The marmalade again comes through, merging with dark chocolate, a little mellow oak and smoke as well as a touch of elegant floral tones. On the finish the warm notes of spice, oak and in particular cinnamon come to the mouth - and finish extremely warm and long. Isle of Raasay Single Malt Whisky (Batch II) 70cl

Isle of Raasay Single Malt Whisky (Batch II) To create their second release Single Malt whisky, the Raasay Distillery take two Isle of Raasay spirits – one peated and one unpeated. They then mature each of these seperately in three different casks – first fill Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. These six recipe casks are then married together to create the perfect dram with a real elegance, complexity and depth of character. As the name would suggest, every drop of spirit is distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Raasay using water from their well: "Tobar na Ba Bàine" (the Well of the Pale Cow). This second release was distilled between 22/11/17 and 27/2/18. Vattting was 23/7/21 to 16/8/21 and then bottling started 17/8/21. The flavours of this whisky truly represent the signature Isle of Raasay style: lightly peated with rich dark fruit. Raasay wanted to emulate some of the older styles of Hebridean single malts, with subtle, fragrant smokiness balanced with dark fruit flavours. Having obtained land from the King of Spain in 1758, Jose Antonio de Cuervo y Valdes began producing Tequila Today, using the experience and craftmanship which has been handed down through generations, Cuervo still produce quality Tequilas. A true silver Tequila, Cuervo Silver is smooth, and brings out the tones of agave, caramel and fresh herbs in its flavour.   Interesting fact: Real Tequila's are made from Blue Agave, and only the Agave Azul Tequilana Weber variety.
