DEXYANE MED Descrizione Crema riparatrice lenitiva è indicata nei trattamenti degli eczemi atopici e da contatto, compresi gli eczemi cronici delle mani. Questi eczemi sono caratterizzati da una barriera cutanea alterata con un aumentato rischio di reazioni (secchezza, irritazioni, prurito) agli allergeni e agli agenti irritanti. Ripristina la barriera cutanea alterata e corregge la secchezza grazie all'associazione grazie all'associazione di glicerina, burro di karitè e trigliceridi. Lenisce il prurito e il dolore, e riduce l'intensità dei segni dell'infiammazione (rossori e irritazioni). Protegge la pelle grazie al film semi-occlusivo di superficie formato dalla sua formula galenica ricca in polisaccaride naturale. Limita l'adesione batterica. Modalità d'uso 2 applicazioni al giorno direttamente sulle lesioni infiammatorie dell'eczema. Da utilizzare da sola, in associazione e/o dopo corticosteroidi topici. In caso di associazioni con un corticosteroide topico, applicare il corticosteroide topico ed attendere qualche minuto (5-15 minuti) prima di applicare il prodotto. Chiedere consiglio al medico per l'utilizzo del prodotto con un corticosteroide topico prescritto per i lattanti ≥3 mesi e bambini. Se i sintomi persistono dopo tre settimane di trattamento, consultare un medico. Prima dell'utilizzo leggere attentamente il foglietto illustrativo. Componenti Water (aqua), glycerin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, butylene glycol, polysorbate 60, glyceryl stearate, Butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, beeswax, PEG-100 stearate, 10-hydroxydecenoic acid, caprylyl glycol,, cetyl alcohol, citric acid, glycyrrhetinic acid, guanidine carbonate, polyacrylate-13, polyisobutene, polysorbate 20, sclerotium gum, sorbitan isostearate. Avvertenze Non utilizzare in caso di allergia nota a uno dei componenti. In mancanza di dati, non utilizzare durante la gravidanza o l'allattamento al seno. In caso di reazioni allergiche consultare un medico. Evitare il contatto diretto con gli occhi per prevenire qualsiasi irritazione. In caso di contatto con gli occhi risciacquare immediatamente con acqua. Se l'irritazione oculare persiste, consultare un medico. Tenere lontano dalla portata dei bambini. Non utilizzare sulla zona dei glutei e dei bambini che portano i pannolini, né sulle mucose. Non superare il 30% della superficie del corpo. Chiudere bene il tubo dopo l'uso. Si possono manifestare delle reazioni cutanee nell'area di applicazione del prodotto (sensazione di calore, prurito, eritema, irritazioni, secchezza...) nel paziente affetto da eczema in quanto presenta una barriera cutanea alterata. Si può inoltre osservare un temporaneo peggioramento dell'eczema. In assenza di miglioramento o in caso di peggioramento dei sintomi dell'eczema, nei successi 8-10 giorni, consultare un medico. In caso di dubbi e/o effetti indesiderati legati all'utilizzo del prodotto, consultare un medico. Se si ha un valido motivo di ritenere che si sia verificato un incidente grave legato all'utilizzo del prodotto, si prega di contattare immediatamente l'autorità preposta ed il fabbricante. Ducray Dexyane MeD Soothing Repair Cream, with an “ultra-moisturizing dressing effect” texture, it calms, treats, repairs and limits the reappearance of lesions caused by eczema. Ensures skin protection and reduces itching and signs of inflammation (redness and irritation). There are 3 types of eczema: 1. Atopic eczema or atopic dermatitis: more frequent in children, often reaching the face, the folds of the legs and arms and hands, in symmetry. The itching and pain caused often cause sleep disorders. 2. These 3 types of eczema have in common the appearance of itching, inflammation, pain and skin dryness, which this formulation helps to calm and correct.   Water is responsible for optimizing cell function without changing the healthy balance of the skin. Glycerin has moisturizing and moisturizing properties. It increases the water content of the superficial layers of the skin and helps to maintain its hydration level.  Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride has several functions, one of which is an emollient that moisturizes and softens the skin. Shea Butter is nutritious. Helps to strengthen the protective film and the structure of the epidermis. Beeswax is emollient, moisturizes and softens the skin. Caprylic Glycol is a humectant that helps maintain the skin's hydration level.  Glycyrrhetinic Acid, has calming properties, being used to reduce the sensation of discomfort in the skin. Ducray Dexyane MeD Treatment For Eyelid, with a texture with an ultra-hydrating dressing effect, it is used to treat recurrent lesions of eczema of the eyelids. Its application causes it to immediately relieve and decongest, calm the itching and reduce redness and irritation, restoring the barrier and limiting bacterial adhesion.
