The Alumina zirconia breaks down to produce a consistently sharp edge that cuts faster than aluminium oxide and is suitable for stock removal on all metals. A stiff fibre backing provides the durability needed for weld removal and other medium pressure applications such as deburring or rust removal. The durable resin bond resists deterioration from heat, increasing disc life, and provides excellent mineral retention for edge grinding. Closed coat provides added life and cut 22.23 mm centre hole mount is compatible with 3M™ disc pad face plates and hubs, and requires the use of a disc retainer nut.
