Power Oven & Grill Cleaner

Directions
- DO NOT USE ON ALUMINIUM, GALVANISED METAL, LINOLEUM OR PAINTED SURFACES
- Ensure temperature of surface is less than 70?C (Optimum 60-70?C)
- Switch off appliance Oven & Grill Cleaning - Spray and even layer of neat product directly onto the surface or equipment
- Leave for 5-30 minutes depending on the level of soiling
- Agitate with brush or scouring pad - Wipe off with clean, damp cloth and rinse thoroughly with warm water Fryer Cleaning
- Drain all oil and close valve
- Fill with water to just below the oil fill level
- Add 500ml of C39 Power Oven Cleaner to every 10 litres of water (1:20)
- Switch on fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 15-30 minutes
- Allow to cool then drain fryer and scrub remaining residues from surfaces and heating elements with a brush or scouring pad Grill Extractor Cleaning
- Make a diluted solution of 50-100ml C39 Power Oven & Grill Cleaner to every litre of hot water (1:10 - 1:20)
- Dismantle the grill extractor and place parts to soak in the solution
- Leave for 15-60 minutes depending on the level of soiling
- Remove from solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry
