Emptying and Cleaning Guide if used for cleaning Hazardous Materials: Safe Removal Of Full Waste Bags: The frame has a pivoting bar, which is used for assisting in emptying the bag from the tank when full. Simply undo the side clips, remove the head from the tank, carefully remove the bag from the neck on the tank and seal the hole of the bag instantly, then tilt back the tank using the handle at the bottom on the front of the tank to lift the tank, and the bag should slide out of the tank. Never clean inside the vacuum cleaner yourself if you are not authorised to do so!
