Study of Native Ecotypes of the Less Commercialized Royal Quinoa - David Soraide Lozano

The Southern Altiplano of Bolivia is characterized by the exclusive presence of the cultivation of royal quinoa, produced under an agricultural system of organic production with sustainability criteria. The area has the greatest diversity of genotypes and wild progenitors, adapted to special agro-climatic, soil, cultural and social conditions and from an altitude level of 3,500 to 4,800 meters above sea level.
