If, through a little advice, I were to contribute in any way to the success of dachshunds, bloodhounds and their owners, I would be fulfilling my duty, and the long months spent on these stories would bear fruit. In this book, I have transcribed all the knowledge I have acquired over a lifetime as a handler and breeder.
