Cannabis Growing Guide - J.b. J.b. Haze - Bog - Green Candy - Plusbog.dk

J.B. Haze begins Cannabis Growing Guide with an important explanation about genetics and why growers should care about them, both from a practical standpoint and as a hobbyist, highlighting the joy of growing alongside technical knowledge. That same enthusiasm carries into the next section as Haze discusses the importance of the growing environment. An exploration of the history of cross-breeding strains precedes a discussion of the different attributes that growers may want to cultivate in their own strains. Logically following the discussion of genetics, Haze guides readers through selecting seeds and explains the difference between a Haze plant and a Kush plant. He then continues his discussion of seeds by explaining what makes a ''good seed'' and a solid starting point for one''s growing adventure. Haze acknowledges that not everyone is lucky enough to live in an environment perfect for growing marijuana and may need some pointers on how to select the seeds and strains that will provide the best possible result in whichever environment readers may reside. He explains the different types of seeds growers can buy, their pros and cons, and provides seed bank recommendations so that readers will know both what they want and where to get it. With all the seed information squared away, Haze moves on to discussing soil. Soil may seem an unusual point of focus, isn''t it just dirt? But Haze proves through his thorough explanation that soil is paramount to getting the best yield. His method of versatile pot assembly provides insulation, nutrients, and water to marijuana plants for weeks at a time, making it easier for growers to get the results they want. The author leads readers through preparing the pots and soil for planting, exposes the surprising dangers of chemicals in water and teaches readers how to filter them out, and discusses how to balance the pH of the soil. Starting out with these foundations makes this book perfect for a beginner. Haze continues his in-depth descriptions as he guides readers through the various other obstacles of the germination process, such as controlling temperature and moisture without disturbing the seeds or stunting growth. His method of watering the seeds is particularly helpful to beginners, as a frequent slip-up is to dehydrate the seeds as they try to get moisture when using the traditional paper towel technique. Haze''s alternative technique allows excited growers to easily observe seeds as they germinate without causing a shake-up and uses easily-obtainable materials and has a 99% success rate. After thoroughly explaining the foundational knowledge needed for beginners to start their journey, Haze coaches readers through the first growth, plant puberty if you will. He discusses the proper way to pot the seed and the best lighting set up so readers can look forward to the joy of seeing those first little leaves. Haze also explains how to innoculate against pests, an ingenious way of preventing pests from pestering plants. Even if pests do make it to the plants, Haze has a way of dealing with them that will save any plants that have been accosted by unwelcome guests. He also takes care to mention the potential dangers of sharing your growing location with other people as they may inadvertently cause some chaos, and cautions readers to take the safety of their plants seriously. Haze generously shares his surefire method of cloning, one of the most important pieces of information for growers who have found their perfect combination of attributes. Haze demystifies the process and explains it in simple terms that makes the whole operation seem less intimidating than the serious-sounding name implies. He goes on to distinguish the difference between a bud and a flower, demonstrates how to calibrate a bud to get the preferred medicinal effects, and explains how to determine the best time to harvest a plant. After writing a full book on the topic, Haze''s chapter on regeneration is as thorough and nuanced as it can be. From explanations of how the process works to how to use tipping in order to increase yield, everything is laid out in a way that is both detailed and easy to understand. Haze also provides a specific timeline for when to expect results so that no one is left guessing about when to expect success. The author also uses his years of growing experience to help readers auto-dry their crop to perfection, and provides tips on how to minimize handling the plants in order to avoid damaging them and ruining the harvest. With over 150 dazzling photographs by the author and easy-to-implement instructions, Cannabis Growing Guide is the perfect book for any beginner looking to learn how to grow marijuana outdoors and get the best buds possible. Full of sage advice and charming personality, this book is the ultimate beginner''s guide.

The Effect Evaluation of Haze Governance Policies in Hebei Province–Based on I-O Model - Guofeng Zhang - Bog - Springer Verlag, Singapore - Plusbog.dk

The Effect Evaluation of Haze Governance Policies in Hebei Province–Based on I-O Model - Guofeng Zhang - Bog - Springer Verlag, Singapore - Plusbog.dk

This book provides a dynamic simulation model based on input-output table. The model includes an objective function, i.e. maximizing economic and social development and three sub-models, including economic growth model, pollutant emission model and energy balance model. The data of 2012 is selected as the base period data. The haze control policy of Hebei Province is written into the model as an exogenous variable. Reducing the total PM2.5 emissions is an environmental constraint, which is used to eliminate the impact of natural factors on environmental quality. Lingo software is used to simulate this model. By comparing the socio-economic impacts in different scenarios, this book found the most effective policy combination of haze governance. Comprehensive haze governance policy recommendations provide experience for other regions of China and other developing countries. In this book, the dynamic simulation model of haze governance also provides a reference to other environmental policy simulations. This book is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research background, research status at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of the study, the content and methods of the study, the key scientific problems to be solved and the expected results. In the second part, the current situation and existing problems of economic, social, energy and environment development in the study area are analyzed in detail. In the third part, a comprehensive evaluation model of dynamic optimization of haze control policy is constructed. The fourth part carries on the simulation experiment, and carries on the analysis to the experimental result. The fifth part puts forward the policy suggestions to realize the economic, social, energy and environmental development of Hebei Province. In this book, we have some understandings about haze governance. From the perspective of policy effect, the policy effects of subsidy for soil and water conservation, subsidy for development and utilization of clean energy, subsidy for new energy vehicles, motor vehicle restriction and subsidy for introduction of PM2.5 treatment technology are decreasing. Comprehensive policy can better achieve the goal of sustainable development of economy, energy and environment than single policy, and the effect of "source governance" policy is better than that of "end governance" policy.

Aliens in Ancient Egypt - Xaviant (xaviant Haze) Haze - Bog - Inner Traditions Bear and Company - Plusbog.dk

·Explains how Akhenaten was the last pharaoh entrusted with the sacred and ancient alien knowledge of stargates, free energy and antigravity technologies.·Reveals how the Brotherhood of the Snake, a secret society of reptilian aliens, sought to destroy Akhenaten and suppress the sacred knowledge of the pharaohs.·Explores the original purpose of the pyramids to transmit energy to expand consciousness and how they were decommissioned after the Great Flood. The sophisticated civilisation of ancient Egypt arose seemingly overnight, complete with advanced levels of art, agriculture, astronomy and physics. Then, with the death of Pharaoh Akhenaten, much of this higher knowledge was lost or suppressed. But evidence of this former Golden Age, the alien visitors behind its rise and those behind its decline, still exists, some of it in plain sight.Examining the purposefully obscured reign of Akhenaten and Nefertiti, Xaviant Haze explains how they represent the last dynasty with access to the sacred knowledge of stargates, free energy and antigravity technologies, knowledge handed down from an advanced interstellar race in the remote past. He reveals how the reptilian race known as the Shemsu Hor infiltrated the Egyptian priesthood and banking systems and formed the Brotherhood of the Snake, a secret society set on destroying Akhenaten''s flourishing kingdom and suppressing the sacred knowledge of the pharaohs.Haze examines the evidence of aliens in ancient Egypt, such as the reptilian beings depicted in the Temple of Hathor, Thutmose III''s alien encounter and the spaceship hidden at Abydos. He shows how Akhenaten and his family are always portrayed with elongated skulls and explores the connection between ancient aliens and Mars, including the Martian materials used in Egyptian monuments. He explains the original purpose of the pyramids to transmit uplifting energy throughout the planet, to help expand consciousness and explores how they were decommissioned after the Great Flood of prehistory. He reveals how the original builders of the pyramids foresaw humanity''s fall from the Golden Age and strategically encoded these magnificent structures to wake humanity from the depths of the Dark Ages.

A Golden Haze of Memory - Stephanie E. Yuhl - Bog - The University of North Carolina Press - Plusbog.dk

Charleston, South Carolina, today enjoys a reputation as a destination city for cultural and heritage tourism. In A Golden Haze of Memory , Stephanie E. Yuhl looks back to the crucial period between 1920 and 1940, when local leaders developed Charleston''s trademark image as "America''s Most Historic City."Eager to assert the national value of their regional cultural traditions and to situate Charleston as a bulwark against the chaos of modern America, these descendants of old-line families downplayed Confederate associations and emphasized the city''s colonial and early national prominence. They created a vibrant network of individual artists, literary figures, and organizations--such as the all-white Society for the Preservation of Negro Spirituals--that nurtured architectural preservation, art, literature, and tourism while appropriating African American folk culture. In the process, they translated their selective and idiosyncratic personal, familial, and class memories into a collective identity for the city. The Charleston this group built, Yuhl argues, presented a sanitized yet highly marketable version of the American past. Their efforts invited attention and praise from outsiders while protecting social hierarchies and preserving the political and economic power of whites. Through the example of this colorful southern city, Yuhl posits a larger critique about the use of heritage and demonstrates how something as intangible as the recalled past can be transformed into real political, economic, and social power.
