Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy is a special set that belongs to the famous series of gangster action games. Originally, the package was dedicated exclusively to the Xbox console, but after some time Rockstar Games employees also made it available to owners of the competitive PlayStation 2 platform and PCs. The set includes the following games: Grand Theft Auto III (original release year: 2001) - the first entry in the GTA series , shown in a completely three-dimensional perspective; the action takes place in a fictional agglomeration reminiscent of New York at the beginning of the 21st century. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002) - the developers' second approach to the 3D world, i.e. a much better visual setting; this time we move to the eighties of the twentieth century and on the streets of the city a la Miami we run the charismatic Tommy Vercetti (a person similar to Tony Montana from the movie Scarface). Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2003) - the most extensive of the games included in this package; the action takes place at the end of the 20th century in the area of a fictional American state, which includes three cities (Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas - their appearance is reminiscent of Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas, respectively); the protagonist is played by a black gangster named Carl Johnson.
