Journey of a Roach is a comic book style, humorous adventure game with cockroaches in the lead role. The Swiss studio Koboldgames is responsible for its creation, and the publisher of the title is known, among others with Botaniculi, Machinarium and many excellent Daedalic Enterntainment adventure games. The action takes place in a post-apocalyptic bunker, right after the outbreak of a nuclear war that destroyed all of humanity. We play the role of two "wormy" friends - Jim and Bud, trapped in a fallout shelter deep underground. Our goal is to find the way to the surface of the planet. During our adventure, we use the classic point-and-click interface. The game is about finding your way through underground corridors thanks to specific cockroach abilities, such as walking on walls or ceilings. During the journey, of course, we will have to solve a series of puzzles, find items and skillfully combine them together. Journey of a Roach does not have dialogues - our friends communicate with each other in a specific and easy-to-understand language of gestures. The game has an original, humorous atmosphere and a colorful, comic book setting. The production offers light, easy and fun old-fashioned entertainment.
